These terms govern the use of CampusBright’s QR ID cards and attendance software. This is a starting point — please replace it with your organisation’s finalised terms before launch.

Use of the service

CampusBright is provided to schools and their authorised staff. Accounts must be used only by the people they are issued to, and access should be limited to legitimate school operations.

Responsibilities of the school

• Ensure information entered about students is accurate and kept up to date.
• Obtain any consents required to store student details and photos.
• Keep login credentials secure and manage staff access responsibly.

QR ID tags

Tags are supplied for use by the enrolled students of the subscribing school. The digital ID card shown on scanning reflects the details the school maintains and can be updated at any time.

Availability

We aim to keep the service reliable and available. Attendance actions require an internet connection; the apps show clear messages when a device is offline.
